Data collected: through the booking form we collect name, email, phone number and the details of the requested transfer (date, time, pick-up and drop-off addresses, number of passengers and bags, chosen vehicle and any notes).

Purpose and legal basis: data is processed to manage and fulfil the transport request and related communications, on the basis of the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention: data is kept for as long as necessary to manage the request and, where applicable, for the period required by tax and accounting obligations.

Disclosure to third parties: data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by technical providers acting as data processors (e.g. hosting and communication services), only to the extent necessary to deliver the service.

Data subject rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection or portability of your data at any time by writing to info@romeelitedriver.com, and you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante Privacy).
