Data collected: through the booking form we collect name, email, phone number and the details of the requested transfer (date, time, pick-up and drop-off addresses, number of passengers and bags, chosen vehicle and any notes).

Purpose and legal basis: data is processed to manage and fulfil the transport request and related communications, on the basis of the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention: data is kept for as long as necessary to manage the request and, where applicable, for the period required by tax and accounting obligations.

Disclosure to third parties: data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be processed by technical providers acting as data processors (e.g. hosting and communication services), only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. The website's virtual assistant (chat) uses Anthropic's Claude artificial intelligence service, which processes the messages as a data processor solely to generate the replies, also outside the European Union under the Standard Contractual Clauses, and does not use them to train its models. The conversation stays in the browser until the tab is closed and we do not store it; the data of a booking sent from the chat is processed like that of the booking form. Please do not enter payment details or other unnecessary data in the chat.

Data subject rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection or portability of your data at any time by writing to info@romeelitedriver.com, and you may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante Privacy).

The site also collects anonymous first-party visit statistics (pages viewed, traffic source, country, device type). This measurement uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Your IP address is never retained: it is used only in memory, for the duration of the request, to generate a non-reversible encrypted code that changes every day and allows unique visitors to be counted without identifying the person. As no user can be identified, this measurement requires no consent. For the same purposes we also use Vercel Web Analytics, a service of our hosting provider Vercel Inc.: it likewise uses no cookies or persistent identifiers and produces only aggregated, anonymous data.

This site uses essential technical cookies required for the site to function (e.g. remembering the selected language and your cookie banner preference), which do not require consent.
