CORPORATE
For a company a journey that goes wrong is not an inconvenience, it is a missed appointment. We work with companies, professional firms and event organisers who need to know in advance at what time, in which vehicle and at what price.
Pick-up at the office, the hotel or the airport, with the time set by the diary. Several appointments in one day are built into a single schedule, with the waiting times agreed in advance.
Anyone arriving from elsewhere is met at the terminal exit and taken to their destination. Give us the flight number and the pick-up time follows the actual landing.
Several addresses in the same day, with the waiting times between appointments agreed beforehand.
Staggered arrivals of speakers and delegations, transfers between the venue, the hotels and the dinner, all in one timetable.
Journeys to the exhibition districts, including outside Rome, with room for display materials and samples declared in the request.
When the day is not predictable, vehicle and driver stay at your disposal for an agreed window rather than for a single leg.
The fares for the routes that have a fare list are published on the fares page: a corporate agreement starts there and is set on the recurring routes.
For a single transfer on the routes and in the categories that have a fare list, the booking form returns the price straight away; for other routes, and for the Executive, the answer is a quote. For a day with several stops, for an event or for an ongoing agreement it is worth writing to us: it is set up once and holds for later requests.
Send us the day as it stands: you will have vehicles, timings and price.
For one or two people with cabin luggage the Business saloon (Luxury in the request form) is the usual choice; the Executive is the representation saloon and is always on request. For a delegation, or when there are materials to carry, the Van seats up to eight. Above eight passengers the journey runs as a convoy of several vehicles.
The saloons take up to three passengers and two hold bags: beyond those limits the category to use is the Van. The seats and capacity of every category are on the fares page.
Yes. Every ride can be invoiced with VAT and, for companies with regular volumes, monthly packages are available. The invoicing details go in the request.
Yes. A dedicated fare agreement is set on the recurring routes — airport, office, the usual hotels — so the cost becomes predictable and does not change from one request to the next.
With a single schedule: times, addresses and the number of people for each journey. The waiting times between appointments are agreed beforehand. Journeys after the first go in the same request, each with its own date and time, and the total appears in the form before you confirm: the conditions are on the fares page.
If the flight number is in the request, the pick-up time is set on the actual landing and not on the scheduled one. That is why we always ask for the flight number and date on air arrivals.
A direct contact, the same one for all the company's requests. Bookings can still go through the site's form for a single transfer; for complex days and events the direct channel saves rebuilding the context each time.
A single transfer, a day with several stops or an ongoing agreement: write to us and we will settle vehicles, timings and fares together.
