Fiumicino ↔ Rome fixed fares
The fare is per vehicle, not per person: three passengers pay what one person pays. It applies in both directions, in low and high season alike, and covers the driver, a dedicated vehicle, fuel, tolls and air conditioning. It is the fare for every address inside the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA), EUR included; for Fiera di Roma, Ostia and other addresses outside the GRA the price is worked out for the route requested and sent as a quote. The amount, with any surcharges, appears in the booking form before any payment.

The Executive category has no published fare and is always on request. Requests sent less than 24 hours ahead add 20% to the fare, and departures between 22:00 and 05:59 add 10%; when both apply, they are added together. Each intermediate stop, up to five and provided it is reasonably on the way, costs €25. The full list of what is included is on the fares page.
How the transfer works, from request to arrival
The transfer is arranged before you travel: the time, the meeting point and the vehicle are agreed in the request, and the price is known before any commitment. Here are the steps.
- Booking and confirmation. In the form you enter the route, date, flight number, full address, passengers and luggage; the total, with any surcharges, appears before payment. Sending the request does not complete the booking: the journey is secured only by our explicit confirmation, which also gives the meeting point.
- Meeting point. At Fiumicino the driver waits for you at the exit of the arrivals area of the terminal where you land, with a sign bearing your name; for a departure from Rome, the pick-up is at the address you gave, at the agreed time.
- Flight monitored, waiting included. With the flight number, the pick-up time follows the actual landing rather than the scheduled one; waiting is included for up to one hour after landing, with no extra charge for delays.
- Luggage and category. The Economy+ carries up to three passengers, two large suitcases and one piece of hand luggage per person; Business and Electric carry up to four passengers with two large suitcases; from five people, or more than two large suitcases, the category is the Minivan, for up to eight passengers. Child seats on request, to be stated in the booking.
- Payment. Online by card when you book, or in cash to the driver at the end of the ride with a 30% deposit paid online; nothing is charged before you have seen the total.
- Free cancellation. The booking can be cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the pick-up time.
