An itinerary over several days is not a sum of transfers: it is a route in which each day depends on the one before. It is built from what you want to see and from the days you actually have.
How a multi-day itinerary works
The route is settled before departure, day by day, with the times you choose. How the service is organised over the following days — vehicles, drivers and the rest the journey requires — is agreed in the quote along with everything else.

The starting point is your list — cities, sites, wineries, hill towns — and the number of days available. We use these to plan a practical itinerary, allowing enough time for the places you most want to visit.
How much fits into a day
The limiting factor is not the time inside each place but the travelling and the breaks: how many stops a day holds depends on the distances between them and on the time each one needs. With small children the days have to be shortened: the subject is covered in the guide on travelling with children.
Accommodation, admissions and meals
We can point out which areas work better for overnight stays along your route, since a hotel far from the next stop adds driving time each morning. Costs for accommodation, admission tickets, guided visits and meals are clarified in the quote along with the rest of the itinerary.

Days out of Rome, without changing base

What to put in the request
The more concrete the request, the more useful the answer. You do not need a programme already: the constraints are enough.
- The dates, or at least the period and the number of days.
- Where you start and where you finish: many itineraries begin at an airport and end somewhere else.
- The places you will not give up, kept separate from the ones that would merely be nice.
- Number of passengers and luggage, counting adults and children separately: over several days the luggage is often the real constraint.
- The pace you prefer: full days, or few stops with time to linger.
- Whether you have already booked accommodation, and where: it shapes the order of the stops.

Which vehicles we use
Over several days the constraint is often the luggage rather than the number of seats. The saloons take up to three passengers and two hold bags: a family of four with a case each belongs in the Van, which seats up to eight.

Frequently asked questions about multi-day tours
Do you offer ready-made itineraries?
No: the route is built on the places and the days you give us. Send the places and the days available and you will have a workable itinerary, with the travelling times between one stop and the next.
Does the driver also act as a tour guide?
No. The driver knows the routes, the timings and the stopping points. A guided visit inside an archaeological site or a museum is a different profession with its own licence: if you want one, the guide is booked separately and the transport is organised around their times.
How is the price of a multi-day itinerary worked out?
From the route, the days, the kilometres, the season and the make-up of the group. There is no per-day rate that works in every case, because two itineraries of the same length can cover very different distances. The quote arrives in writing, before any commitment.
Can the programme be changed during the trip?
Small changes — an earlier start, a longer stop, swapping two stops in the same day — are agreed with the driver. A change of itinerary that moves kilometres or nights has to be reviewed together, because it affects the timings and the quote.
Can destinations outside Italy be included?
Yes. The same conditions as European journeys apply: no published fare, and a quote built for the trip that takes account of the route, overnight stays, tolls and border crossings. The main European destinations, with indicative distances and times, are on the Italy and Europe hub.
