Indicative fares for the service
This page brings together in one place the fares already published on the site: transfers to the airports and the port, the Italian routes with a fixed fare, what they cover and which vehicles run them. The price of your journey is always confirmed before any payment.
Transfers to the airports and the port
These routes have a fixed fare per vehicle, not per person. The price is the same in both directions. In the request form the Business category appears under its commercial name, Luxury.

The Executive category has no published fare: it is always on request, as stated in the fleet and in the request form.
- Price per vehicle, not per passenger: a group of three pays what one person pays.
- Timing tied to the flight. Give us the flight number and date and the pick-up time is set on the actual landing, not the scheduled one.
- Intermediate stop. Each extra address to call at within the same ride is stated in the request and affects the quote; the amount appears in the form before you confirm.
Italian routes with a fixed fare
Eight Italian destinations have a published fare. These are indicative low-season fares: the conditions in full are set out below the table and on each page.

Vehicle categories and seats
The category follows the number of passengers and the luggage. The request form only shows the categories compatible with what you enter: above three passengers, or above two hold bags, only the suitable vehicles remain available.

How the total for your journey is worked out
The fares on this page are the starting point, not the total. The request form works out the amount for the date and time you enter, takes account of intermediate stops and of any additional journeys, and shows the total — with the items applied itemised — before you confirm and before any payment.
If you arrange several journeys in the same request, the journeys after the first receive a 5% discount, which does not apply to Economy journeys to the port of Civitavecchia.
Nothing is charged before you have seen and accepted the total. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pick-up time; the conditions after that point are set out in the Terms and Conditions.

The price, before any commitment
The published fares cover the routes that have a fare list. For everything else, European journeys included, the quote is built for the journey and arrives before any payment.
