How much does a transfer to/from Fiumicino (FCO) cost?
Fixed fare: €65 for Economy, €80 for Luxury and Electric, €100 for the Van. The price is confirmed at the time of booking, with no surprises.
How much does the transfer to Civitavecchia cost?
To/from Rome: €160 Economy, €180 Luxury and Electric, €220 Van. To/from Fiumicino: €150 Economy, €180 Luxury and Electric, €220 Van. To/from Ciampino: €170 Economy, €200 Luxury and Electric, €240 Van.
How do I pay?
You can choose to pay in cash directly to the driver at the end of the ride, or securely online by card via SumUp at the time of booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor your flight status and adjust the pick-up time accordingly, at no extra cost for unexpected delays.
How many people can travel?
Up to 3 passengers with Economy, Luxury or Electric; up to 8 passengers with the Van. For larger groups we arrange multiple vehicles: for example 9 people = 1 Van + 1 car, 20 people = 3 Vans. Always indicate the exact number of passengers and bags when booking.
Can I book a transfer to other destinations?
Yes: in addition to the fixed-fare routes, we handle transfers to any destination on request, with a tailored quote.
What is the difference between NCC and taxi?
The NCC (chauffeur hire) service is always booked in advance, with an agreed fare and a dedicated vehicle and driver: no meter, no street hailing, maximum comfort and discretion.
Where do I meet my driver at the airport or port?
At arrivals, holding a sign with your name: your driver is already informed of any flight or ship delay. Waiting is included for up to 1 hour after landing or disembarkation.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes: select the child seat among the extra services when booking and note the child's age in the notes. It will be installed and sanitised before the car arrives.
