A fixed fare, confirmed beforehand
Per vehicle, the same in both directions and in every season: Economy+ €70, Business and Electric €80, Minivan €100. The total, with any items applied, appears in the form before you confirm.
AIRPORT TRANSFER
A private chauffeur transfer between Ciampino airport and Rome addresses inside the GRA ring road (Grande Raccordo Anulare), EUR included: a fixed fare per vehicle from €70, the same in both directions and confirmed in the form before any payment. Book with the route already selected: all we need is the flight number, the address, the number of passengers and the luggage.
The fare is per vehicle, not per person: three passengers pay what one person pays. It applies in both directions, between the airport and any address inside the Grande Raccordo Anulare (GRA), EUR included, in low season as in high, and covers the driver, fuel, tolls and air conditioning. For Fiera di Roma, Ostia and other addresses outside the GRA, the price is worked out for the route requested and sent as a quote. In every case the amount appears in the booking form before any payment.

The Executive category has no published fare: it is always on request. A 20% surcharge applies to the fares in the table for requests sent less than 24 hours ahead, and 10% for departures between 22:00 and 05:59; when both apply, they are added together. Each intermediate stop adds €25, up to five stops, provided they lie reasonably along the route. All the published routes are on the fares page.
The transfer is arranged in advance: in the form you enter the date, the flight number, the full address in Rome, the number of passengers and the luggage, and choose the category. Ciampino has a single, compact terminal about 15 km from the centre: the drive usually takes 30–40 minutes, longer at peak hours on via Appia Nuova and via Tuscolana.
Per vehicle, the same in both directions and in every season: Economy+ €70, Business and Electric €80, Minivan €100. The total, with any items applied, appears in the form before you confirm.

Phone, WhatsApp and iMessage, 7 days a week, before, during and after the journey. It matters most at Ciampino, where many flights land at dawn or late in the evening, when public transport runs less often.
The actual distance and journey times, the shuttle to Termini, the Ciampino Airlink route by bus and regional train, the taxi on the municipal flat fare and the districts of Rome, area by area, are in the guide to the transfer from Ciampino to Rome. Seats and luggage capacity by category are on the fleet page.
Flight, address, passengers and luggage: the price for your category, before any commitment.
With four passengers and two large suitcases you need a Business or Electric saloon: €80 per vehicle. The Economy+ saloon, at €70, is for up to three passengers. From five passengers, or with more than two large suitcases, the category is the Minivan: €100 per vehicle, with up to eight seats and room for six or more suitcases.
Per vehicle: three passengers in the Economy+ pay €70 in total, not each, and the same rule applies to the Business, Electric and Minivan. Fuel and tolls are already included.
The pick-up follows the actual landing time, not the scheduled one: that is why we always ask for the flight number and date. Waiting is included for up to one hour after landing, with no extra charge for delays.
At the exit of the arrivals area, where the driver waits with a sign bearing your name. There is a single, compact terminal; in any event, the meeting point is stated in writing in the service confirmation.
Yes, online when you book; otherwise in cash to the driver at the end of the ride, with a 30% deposit paid online. Either way, the total is the one shown in the form before you confirm.
