This site is operated by Rome Elite Driver (VAT IT18341421008), who provides chauffeur-driven car hire (NCC) services in Rome and across Italy.

Requests sent via the booking form, the virtual assistant (chat), WhatsApp, iMessage or phone constitute a request for a quote/availability: the booking is only considered confirmed once we have explicitly confirmed it.

The fixed fares shown on the site apply to the listed predefined routes (Fiumicino, Ciampino and the port of Civitavecchia to and from Rome addresses inside the GRA, the Grande Raccordo Anulare ring road, EUR included; Ciampino–Fiumicino; Fiumicino–Civitavecchia; Ciampino–Civitavecchia) and to city rides with pickup and drop-off in the Municipality of Rome up to 15 km by road, based on the chosen vehicle category. For other destinations, including addresses outside the GRA, a personalised quote will be provided before the booking is confirmed.

Payment: online by card when booking, or in cash to the driver at the end of the ride with a 30% deposit of the fare paid online by card (for services on quotation, after receiving the price). Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed pick-up time, with a 100% refund of any amount paid online; for later cancellations or no-shows the deposit is not refunded and any other penalties are communicated at the time the booking is confirmed. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours of the request; otherwise the booking is considered cancelled.

The Court of Rome has exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
