HOW IT WORKS
From request to journey, in four steps
1. Request
Tell us pick-up point, destination, date and number of passengers through the booking form, on WhatsApp or by email. For published routes you see the fixed fare straight away; for all the others you receive a tailored quote.
2. Confirmation
The agreed price is final: it includes tolls and fuel and does not change for traffic, detours or waiting. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure.
3. On the day
You receive your driver's details. If you arrive by plane or train, we follow the flight or train in real time and adjust the waiting time to any delay, at no extra cost.
4. On board
Your driver welcomes you at the agreed meeting point, takes care of the luggage and accompanies you to your destination address. You pay online by card when booking, or in cash on board, with a 30% deposit paid online.
We operate in Rome and its province, with transfers throughout Italy and, on quotation, to the main European cities. Assistance is available around the clock, before, during and after the journey.
